So, what is the Bungee Workout?
The Bungee Workout is a low impact, resistance training, core-cardio workout, designed to shed pounds and tone your body. After a quick 10 minute warm-up and stretch we get you into your harness that wraps around your hips and thighs. Next you are hooked into the bungee from behind ready to bounce! This totally body workout is not as easy as it looks -you make your workout as challenging as you want. Many fitness moves including squats, lunges, push-ups, burpees and more!
