So, what is the Bungee Workout?

The Bungee Workout is a low impact, resistance training, core-cardio workout, designed to shed pounds and tone your body. ​After a quick 10 minute warm-up and stretch we get you into your harness that wraps around your hips and thighs. Next you are hooked into the bungee from behind ready to bounce! ​This totally body workout is not as easy as it looks -you make your workout as challenging as you want. Many fitness moves including squats, lunges, push-ups, burpees and more!
